Through its lifespan, our Cameleon logged over 2,000 miles In my rough estimation. That variables in a nearly daily walk which was more than just two miles long plus tens of thousands of activities, museum and zoo visits, all-day excursions during vacations, etc. We used our Cameleon five or six days each week from the initial days when our son was born via the day its own principal locking mechanism snapped, making the staircase a fancy paperweight. All the years and the numerous miles help make the $1,200 cost a lot easier to stomach.

Experts: Great maneuverability, simple to accommodate varied configurations, smooth and responsive steering

An article from Mother's Stroller Reviews claims the Cameleon's"maneuverability is totally great" and enjoys "the all-terrain wheels are filled." And a poll of evaluations left on the respected website Consumer Affairs discovered that the stroller has an average 4.5-star score among its most satisfied owners.

Now to be fair, even if packed , this stroller is still pretty bulky. But I'll wager you too would consider purchasing another following years spent together with your initial.

Every piece of this stroller that can be removed for storage or through a reconfiguration is controlled via clear white buttons, clasps, or locks that are readily identified and easy to work with.

Why you are going to love itThe Bugaboo Cameleon Stroller is a transformer which moves from a bassinet into a three place, dual-direction chair that can carry kids from birth to age 3.

Disadvantages: Very Pricey, rather bulky

We've also always loved the huge storage bag that slings beneath the stroller and the grownup cup holder that clips onto the handle. With practice, I learned to get the stroller into its travel bag in around three minutes, a great source of daddy pride. (Dads know what I'm discussing. Mothers, also.)

The Bugaboo Cameleon Stroller is a wonderful selection for two principal reasons: ease of usage, and kid comfort. While I say simplicity of use, I mean two things. To begin with, it is quite simple to steer, responding deftly even as you browse tight ends, trundle up or downhill, or push your stroller's foam-filled tires over demanding terrain. Second, the versatile, modular stroller is easy to configure in a variety of ways. The frame converts from a toddler's bassinet into an infant's chair to some toddler-sized installation in only a couple minutes.

(And yes, by the way, that is the ideal spelling, maybe not"chameleon" like,y'knowthe chameleon.) Nevertheless, while our Bugaboo Cameleon finally broke after almost exactly four years of almost daily usage, guess what stroller we purchased to replace it? Another Bugaboo.

As for child comfort, this stroller is tough to beat. The bassinet is deep, softly cushioned, and will keep a baby warm and protected from the sun. As a chair for toddlers, then it could be equipped with a snack tray and cup holder. The chair tilts to varying places to allow a kid to bend for a nap or sit when they want to see everything around them. Along with the big, shock-absorbing wheels keep the ride comfortable even over bumpy ground.
